Well known Nepali actor Shree Krishna Shrestha passed away on Saturday night in Apollo hospital at New Delhi.
The versatile actor was being treated at Apollo Hospital for chronic pneumonia. He went to India with his wife actress Shewta Khadka, whom he married in 7 July 2014.
From the last two weeks Shree Krishna Shrestha was suffering from pneumonia, actor was also diagnosed with Ulcer in the past.
Shrestha started his film career 25 years ago with the movie ‘Bhumari’. He did more than 100 Nepali movies; he was appreciated for his dancing skills too.
The actor had his own home production and the film Kaha Bhetiyela was released in 2009 as his first home production movie. A film called Kohinoor produced and acted by him was released on Friday, he wasn’t present at the official release of this film due to his illness. But he had sent an audio message to his audience requesting to watch the movie as it is his dream project.

Shree Krishna Shrestha’s body will be arrived in Nepal today from New Delhi on the expense of Nepal government.
